Residents at Grandview Village are responsible for only electricity and any cable / internet service they choose.  WC Smith will cover all gas, trash, sewer, and water charges.

Renters insurance is not required, but we strongly recommend it. It can help you repair or replace your personal property due to many types of damage or theft. Rental insurance ranges from about $12 to $20 per month and you are welcome to use any company you prefer. WC Smith property insurance will not cover your belongings.

Yes!  There is a Giant Food about a half mile away at 1535 Alabama Ave SE, Washington, DC 20032.

No we do not have laundry facilities.  Instead, each apartment has its own washer / dryer installed.

We offer multiple ways to pay rent. You can pay through your online resident portal or by bringing a check or money order to our leasing office.
